You can commission me all kind's of 3d art. But I primarily make assets for VRCHAT

My Terms of Service :

• Payments will only be accepted through Gum road in USD (Non refundable) . I require at least 50% payment before starting on your commission and remainder of balance BEFORE I deliver the files to you. You can choose to pay me in full from the get-go.

• You may ask for additions and changes within reason on the same commission slot. Price changes if necessary will be discussed. BUT the changes must be related to the asset/avatar I am making. I have the right to refuse requests that is essentially increasing the scope of the project and if you want substantially more work than what was initially agreed on you will have to book another slot.

• I will not accept a stressful work situation where an unreasonably high amount of edits or updates are demanded. Please do not commission me if you are looking for fast or timely work or if you are extremely critical regarding small details.

• We will strictly have a professional relationship, and I reserve the right to refuse a conversation outside the scope of the commission. I am friendly until I am uncomfortable talking with you.

• My artwork is for personal use only. No commercial use of my artwork is allowed unless we agree before starting the commission. In that case, the pricing will be much different.

• I will not resell assets I make for you unless you allow me to.

• While you are within your rights to have assets exclusive to you, I reserve the right to use images/videos of them to promote myself.

• Pausing commissions will result in giving up your original position in the que until you resume your project. After resuming you will be moved to the bottom of the in progress que

• Any payment made to me is strictly non refundable, unless I am unable to finish it. If you cancel the commission halfway, you are not eligible for any refunds

• Please respect my commission que, If you are in a hurry you will have to look elsewhere. I do not take payment for jumping the que / rush commissions
